Burrow is vacuum packed for shipping — it reduces the box size significantly and protects the foam during transit. Once unboxed, leave it on a flat surface for 48-72 hours to fully expand. The denser the foam, the longer it takes. That's a good sign.
Can I use it on a bed as well as a sofa?
Yes. The U-shape works on any flat surface — sofa, bed, floor. The arm support height is consistent regardless of where you place it.
Is it suitable for larger body frames?
Yes. At 57cm wide and 61cm deep when fully expanded, Burrow accommodates a wide range of body sizes comfortably. The foam compresses slightly under pressure and springs back — it adjusts to you rather than the other way around.
Can I wash it?
The cover is removable and machine washable at 30°C on a gentle cycle. The foam insert should not be machine washed — spot clean only with a damp cloth.
