How do I adjust the firmness?
Open the internal zip and remove or add fill. The beads are in a separate inner casing - takes about 30 seconds and stays contained. Start with the default fill and adjust from there.
Can I use my existing pillowcase?
Yes - 60 x 40cm is standard UK size and fits all standard pillowcases.
How do I wash it?
Remove the outer cover and wash at 60�C. The inner insert can also be machine washed - use a gentle cycle and wash separately.
